Our therapists have worked with a wide range of individuals with different ages, socioeconomic and multicultural backgrounds. In addition, they have worked with individuals who suffer from, but not limited to, acute mental illness; mild and severe mood disorders; trauma; grief and loss; anxiety; PTSD; and even minor cases in which an individual feels they could benefit from learning better coping skills and strategies to live a happier, healthier, and more balanced life. They believe in using a collaborative approach and feel that the counseling process is a partnership between the therapist and the individual. Each therapist uses a different style with unique techniques. Nevertheless, their goal is the same, and they hope to assist individuals in reaching a happier life.
